Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email once your order is on its way.

Shipping Times & Rates

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Shipping costs for your country are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to show updates.

Customs & Import Fees

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes. Any such fees are shown at checkout where possible, or charged by your local customs office on delivery.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Hasn't your order arrived within 7 business days after the expected delivery date? Contact us at info@iselie.com with your order number and we'll sort it out for you.

Wrong Address
